Sour Cream 'n' Cheese Tortilla

Hey y'all! I haven't blogged in more than a week, so I thought I'd pick up regular blogging again. I thought that it'd be nice to share my favorite sour cream recipe, to go along with my blog title!

I just spread a dollop of sour cream on a tortilla, sprinkled shredded cheese on it, and added a few tortilla chips for crunch. Most people would think this is weird, but really, it's awesome!

Optionally, you can sprinkle the cheese on the tortilla first, melt it, and then add the sour cream and chips, but it takes a few more minutes. I usually just eat mine with the non-melted cheese :-)
