Teal Birthday Card Inspiration

It's almost July, can you believe it?! Wow, it seems like just yesterday it was Christmas, but really, half a year has gone by already! I'm really excited about the 4th of July coming up, as well as some awesome things for my blog!

And here's another card! At first when I made this card, I thought I did a horrible job on it - it just didn't seem very professional. But my mom thought it was great and encouraged me to post it on my blog, so here it is!

I am really liking teal and turquoise right now! I remembered the teal paper I had with flowers cut out of it and decided to come up with a way to use it. And this was my result. I'm inspired, and I hope you'll be, too!

I was pleased with the turnout of the first photo of this card, but I felt like I needed to put more than just one photo, so here's another photo a little closer up.

I hope everyone is having a great summer!

  1. This is so cute!!!!! Where did you find the flower pop out? Also, where do you get your supplies? This will be really helpful for birthdays.

Hey, I saw you asked that Anna person how she found your blog. I meant to type in another blog, but by mistake I got this one. I struck gold!

    2. Minionlover - first of all, I totally love your name! ;-)
Honestly, I have no idea where I got the supplies... I get a lot of card-making gifts. In this case, almost all these supplies came from Michigan so I'm have no clue! I'm guessing either Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning, or Joanns, if they even carry any of those supplies!
Thanks for your interest in my blog :-) If you ever have any ideas, please comment!
